1. Progress report on repairing the seawall
2. Closing-out of the Permits for the porches--installation of partitions where the sliding porch doors were removed.
3. Update on Clubhouse renovation project.

We have invited Andrea Northrup, who will make an insurance presentation for our consideration, and Fana Boynton, vice-president of BankAtlantic, who will discuss the benefits of a new account with them. We have proposed that we move our accounts from BB&T because of ongoing concerns about their service.
The agenda for the March 16th board meeting should also be discussed.
Owners are invited to attend, but no participation is allowed at board workshops.
