The Colonial  Club Condominiums were constructed in the early 1970’s. The first residents moved into Building 33 in 1971.

 

The Section 2 complex consists of 14 buildings [3 two-story & 11 three-story]. There are 234 separate apartments in all. The Club House is available to both Section 1 & 2 and is located right next to the Intracoastal Waterway.

 

Hurricane Wilma did severe damage to the complex in October 2005, and repairs are complete and the property looks great.
